The Adviser has a number of projects under various stages of evaluation and development, and expects a continuing series of opportunities to be presented by agents, writers, co-producers and other industry contacts. There are a range of factors which will determine whether these will become viable productions and whether the Fund will have the opportunity to participate. These include: timing; availability of appropriate cast, directors, and theatres; securing of finance; co-producer terms; and the timing of the Closing Date of the Fund. The following examples are to provide an indication of the type of projects under consideration and may or may not form part of the Fund’s portfolio.
